Kenneth Macleod (Homeowners’ Association for 49 individual free standing units in Pretoria East ) (Looking for common solution for all.) Verified Customer2021/04/04

Dear Sir / Madam, With the greatest respect, you have too many devices for the uninitiated to choose from! Please assist in the following situation: As a security complex of 49 self standing / separate title housing units with floor areas ranging from ~200 to 350sqm’s, we appear to have a maximum of 3G coverage and usually 1 or 2 bars (If we’re lucky) from any of our GSM cell phone service providers (Vodacom, MTN & CellC). As a homeowners association, we’d like to pool our resources for this common challenge and envisage the following alternatives to boost us up to 5 bars continuously: 1. A fairly major device atop the roof of our guardhouse highest building at the entrance, which sufficiently boosts the signal of every unit over an area of ~1sqkm (max distance say 300m’s from guardhouse). Alternatively 2. A device as in item 1, but together with separate individual much cheaper units (because of the technical advantage of the main guardhouse boosting unit and the discount applicable due to the commercial advantage of such a bulk order) Alternatively 3. No single big device atop the guardhouse roof as in item 1, but only the separate boosters located at each individual housing unit, but at a substantial discount due to the commercial advantage alone of such a substantial bulk order. In every case above, we’d need to know which of your devices would be most appropriate Kind regards Kenneth Macleod HOA Chairman
