I came to learn the hard way that signal boosters will only work where there is some signal to begin with. I spent all this money on the purchase of this unit, the delivery and the installation only for it not to work because the network coverage here is so poor that there is no signal to talk about. I do not know what to do with this unit. I should have spoken to their customer care and done some research of my own before running to purchase it.

I hated every minute of hunting for a good position to place the outdoor antennae. I wish I did not have to point it to a cell tower I did not have the slightest idea where it was because I live in a very remote area. I was relieved when it finally worked.
