What is the difference between “1 Band”, “2 Band” and “3 Band”?

  • Dear Tertius Thank you for the email each band represents a frequency for example a single band means it can only cover one frequency and two band means it can two frequencies if you wish to cover a lot of different providers with different networks you need a tri band one Kind regards, Mia Davis sales and support agent

How do I link my network operator to the signal booster or does it just pick up any network operator nearby??

    • Dear Tshepo Thank you for your questions Please kindly note that there is no need to link the device directly to the network provider all you need to do si to set the product up and plug it in. any provider and any device around that works with a sim card will work, kind regards Mia Davis sales and support agent
