This is the 2nd one we bought. The first one went in a metal building that we didn't get any connection before. This one went in the lower level of a house. We are out in the country and couldn't get more than 1 or 2 bars. The connection is great in the metal building and the house.
This unit does what it's supposed to do. It boosts the signal using its two antennas. My only problem is that I have to set my phone close to the indoor antenna to get the full signal strength and the further I move away, the more my network drops. It's great though because I still manage to have cellular service in the house something I didn't have before.
I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to making a purchase. I never have faith that I'm making the right decision, and this was not any different. However, I ended up buying a signal booster worth every penny. I just feel lucky and would absolutely recommend it to anyone out there.
